Improve the Wiki

There is a lot of information scattered across the OE, Bitbake, and Poky manuals, but the wiki doesn't have a lot of answers. It seems that that everything on the wiki is of limited scope - especially when it comes to troubleshooting build problems.

One lesson i've learned from my work at wikipedia is that some rules about naming and categorizing are essential to give occasional users a chance to help straightening up the wiki (or at least to avoid increasing the chaos).

I've written down my suggestions in http://wiki.openembedded.net/index.php/Openembedded_talk:Help but they didn't made it to the sidebar yet.
